Reception

Each year a reception to celebrate Commonwealth Day is hosted by the Secretary-General at Marlborough House, London, the headquarters of the Commonwealth Secretariat.

The reception is attended by invited guests and dignitaries including HM Queen Elizabeth II – or a representative – in her capacity as Head of the Commonwealth as well as the Commonwealth Chairperson in Office.
